About this course
PgMP sits between project and portfolio management — it certifies your ability to coordinate a group of interdependent projects (a program) to realize benefits that wouldn't be achievable by managing them separately. This package covers all five performance domains from PMI's Program Management Standard: Strategy Alignment, Benefits Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Governance, and Life Cycle Management, with heavy emphasis on the multi-project coordination scenarios the exam is known for.

Requirements
- Secondary degree: 4 years of project management + 7 years of program management experience (within the last 15 years)
- Four-year degree: 4 years of project management + 4 years of program management experience (within the last 15 years)
- No prior certification required to enroll — PMI's official application requires a separate panel review
